How can you resist gorgeous Bentley the Springador? At 10-years-old, Bentley is looking for his forever home where he can strike the perfect balance between snuggles, plenty of walks and snoozing. Bentley came in to our care with his brother Arthur, although we would be happy rehoming them together equally we feel they can go to a new home separately, as long as they have company at home.

When Bentley first came to us, he was quite timid and it took us a little while to coax him out of his shell but since we have gained his trust we have been met with that heartwarming wagging tail and grinning face. Despite being an older gentleman, Bentley is still incredibly active and is definitely seeking a home that will take him on walks galore; he just also happens to be at that age where he can appreciate being conked out asleep in a warm cosy bed! Similarly, he frequently seeks out affection once he is comfortable with you. Bentley also has proven himself to be the perfect mix of Spaniel and Labrador, being a true foodie! and always ready to learn. The team have also observed that Bentley has brilliant recall and therefore we are sure he will learn this quickly with his new family. Although, Bentley can sometimes be a little over-enthusiastic on his walks, so we are working on loose lead manners, with which we would love for his new owners to continue.

Due to his initial nervousness upon meeting new people, we feel Bentley would thrive in an adult only home. Bentley is quite happy in his own company and appreciates his own space, so would be happiest in a home in which he is the only pet.
