This centre helps: Cats, small animals, equines & farm animals
Nestled in the Isle of Purbeck and surrounded by rolling hills and wildlife, our Church Knowle centre offers spectacular views, a peaceful location to enjoy rural walks and, most importantly, the opportunity to see first-hand the work we do with animals in need.
The centre is open to visitors during the hours below. Rehoming & boarding are arranged by appointment only.
Opening hours: 11am - 3pm (closed on Wednesdays)
Open on Bank Holidays. Closed on Christmas Day & Boxing Day.
Our Visitor Centre
We do not charge for admission and are very grateful to receive donations to help us care for the animals you see, and help fund our response to the next animal rescue emergency.
Plenty of free parking. We welcome you to bring along your dogs, and ask that they remain on their lead in all areas of the rescue centre.
