This centre helps: Cats, small animals, equines & farm animals

Nestled in the Isle of Purbeck and surrounded by rolling hills and wildlife, our Church Knowle centre offers spectacular views, a peaceful location to enjoy rural walks and, most importantly, the opportunity to see first-hand the work we do with animals in need.

The centre is open to visitors 6 days a week (closed on Wednesdays) between 11:00am – 3:00pm.

 

      

 

We do not charge for admission and are very grateful to receive donations to directly help us care for the animals you will see, and help fund our response to the next animal rescue emergency.

Open on Bank Holidays. Closed on Christmas Day & Boxing Day. Plenty of free parking. We welcome you to bring along your dogs, and ask that they remain on their lead in all areas of the rescue centre.

The centre is open for rehoming and boarding by appointment only.
