Introducing our lovable Lurcher by the name of Sammy, who will be 4 years old in September. Our sensational Sammy is such a sweet lad, but unfortunately he hasn't had the best of life so far but it hasn't stopped him showering you with all his love. Since arriving at the centre Sammy had to have his tail amputated due to an old injury, but he has recovered well from his operation and is back to his cheeky self.

Sammy loves being around his carers so we feel he would benefit having someone around for most of the day to help him settle and in return you will be rewarded with a lovely boy with a big heart.

Sammy is typical of his breed and loves to lean into you for all the fuss, he also enjoys socialising with his four legged friends, so we feel he would be happy living with another medium-large female canine friend.

Sammy likes nothing more than his daily walks and after that a good snuggle on the sofa is the icing on the cake for this lad. Due to Sammy's bouncy nature, we feel he would be happiest in a home with teenagers and adults. Sammy wouldn't be able to live with cats or small furries.
