Introducing this beautiful girl by the name of Nova who is a 1 year old Spaniel x Lab type. Nova arrived due to being too energetic for her previous owner. We have found Nova to be a real whirlwind and she finds everything so exciting, so much so that she forgets her manners which we have been working on, in particular her jumping up when she gets over excited and also her lead walking as she forgets that you are on the over end of the lead and will try to bolt, so we have been working hard on these areas to help her be more respectful.

Nova enjoys racing around the field and putting her nose to good use, so she would enjoy nothing more than having long walks in the countryside where she can pick up all the new scents and smells around her. We feel Nova would benefit from having owners who are used to high energy dogs and that would like to do agility or canicross as we feel this girl would like a job to do to keep her physically and mentally stimulated.

Nova loves meeting new people and due to her bouncy character, we feel a home with children over 12 that are used to busy dogs would be best suited. Nova is used to having someone around for most of the day so a home with an owner around is what Nova is looking for.

Nova will need to continue her training and socialisation, but we have found with some tasty treats in hand that she has been having fun with this. We also feel it will help her bond with her new family.
