Pudding

Name: Pudding
Breed: Labrador
Age: 5
Location: Dorset
Gender: Female
MGAR Reference: 55043
We would like to introduce you to our lovely girl Pudding.
Upon entering our care, it was very quickly apparent that poor pudding hasn't seen much of the world and how scary strange people can be.
Once bonded with her carers what a transformation we saw, this untrusting, vocal little girl became affectionate and a real snuggle bug who loves nothing more than a tummy rub and a cheeky snack. She wants to be loved so badly.
Pudding has spent months here with her carers learning how to trust different people and different dogs and has learnt some coping mechanisms to help her with this, although sometimes she can still get anxious in certain situations.
We are seeking a very special home for Pudding who own or have access to private land where she can enjoy a run around a field without having to go out on daily walks, this will enable her to still get plenty of exercise and outside time without encountering too many scary things.
We feel Pudding will be able to go out on the odd walk to still meet and socialise with the outside world but with decompression time in between.
Due to how anxious Pudding can be, we are seeking an adult only home who can commit to regular visits to the centre to build a relationship with her before going home.
Pudding has made some 4 legged friends here at Lincoln Farm and has shown to be particularly fond of spaniels, so we would be happy for her to live with another dog as long as they got on well during introductions.
