This marvellous greyhound is looking forward to a life of luxury now she has been retired from racing.

This lovely lady goes by the name ‘Minnie’ and she has an incredibly affectionate and gentle soul. Minnie is 5 years old and can’t wait to meet her new family and get stuck into day-to-day life with them so she can fully enjoy all the little luxuries that come with being a pampered pet. As she hasn’t lived in a home before we hope that her new family will be loving and patient with her as she learns to settle into her new environment and begins to grow in confidence.

During her time with us Minnie has formed some lovely friendships with her carers and has shown us how much she enjoys being off lead. She has also started to learn a bit more about the big wide world and is slowly coming out of her shell, but she can be a little shy when she first meets new people. We are looking to match her with a family who will be able to see beyond this and will enjoy getting to know her, so she has her chance to shine.

We think Minnie would be comfortable living with another sighthound and would flourish with a quieter family made up of older teenagers and adults in a home without any cats or smaller animals.
