They don’t come much more divinely handsome than Maxy-Boy! At 5 years old, Max has plenty of years of joy and magic to share with you, and he can’t wait to start his new family adventures.
Max arrived due to his previous human friend having to move into accommodation that wasn’t dog-friendly. This must’ve been heart-breaking for them both, and we have been spending time with this beautiful Husky to make sure he feels as settled as possible in the kennel environment.
Max has been used to being a running partner for his previous pal, and we just know he would be tickled pink to find his special someone who might share this passion for high energy pursuits.
Even though he has this outgoing and exuberant side of his character, Maxy does enjoy the quieter side of life, so we feel he would be really content living in an adult home - possibly with teenage who are keen to provide their new buddy with the space and calm approach their best friend needs.
Max is always so excited to greet you that he doesn’t always keep all four of those furry bear paws on the floor! We know all he’s keen to do is say ‘hello bestie!,’ and we would love to work with his new ‘paw-rents’ to provide them with techniques to give Max the tools to be the best version of himself.
With other dogs, Max can initially be a little unsure, but with his trusted humans by his side, he soon comes to understand that his new four-legged friends are simply new members of ‘Team Max’!
Quite understandably, with his world having been a little topsy turvy of late, Max can be a worried boy when left alone. So, we’re really hoping to meet a family where there will be someone around, at least for the first while, to settle him in, and build up his time alone gradually.
