Thank you so much to everyone who came along and took part in our Novelty Dog Show on Sunday 11th June. We were thrilled to welcome so many of you back to our Wingletang centre in Devon for a wonderful day of classes and fun!

 

 

It was a real joy to see lots of new and familiar faces and to greet so many of your furry friends, including those who came back to say hello after being looked after at the centre. We would like to congratulate all of our doggy pals who entered the Dog Show and won a rosette, you were all brilliant!

We were also very pleased to have an impromptu reunion of some of the 25 little dogs we rescued from poor conditions last autumn and, with your help, provided them with the love and care they needed to get them back on their paws. We are delighted to announce that you helped us to raise an amazing £2290.06 on the day, which will go towards the rescue animals in our care and enable us to give them the very best care possible, whilst they await their loving forever homes. 

As the sun was shining all day, we made sure that our four-legged friends had the opportunity to have a refreshing dip in the paddling pool throughout the event. With a delicious selection of homemade cakes available and a raffle full of fantastic prizes, it was certainly a fun-filled day for all and we are very grateful to everyone who joined us to celebrate the important work we do.

 

      

 

We would like to extend our thanks to all of our incredible volunteers, sponsors and staff for supporting us with this event, Sue Baker for helping us with judging on the day, and the local businesses who kindly donated a raffle prize. We really couldn't have done the event without you all and we hope you enjoyed the day as much as we did.
